Yumna Zaidi, a Pakistani actress, is currently making headlines and trending on the internet for her TV drama serial ‘Tere Bin,’ in which she played Meerub, an ambitious girl who married Murtasim, an influential landlord.
People are completely blown away by Meerub and Murtasim’s chemistry, and the drama is breaking all records in terms of popularity.
One of the drama’s scenes, in which Meerub falls into a swimming pool, has generated a lot of buzzes since the teasers were released.
Finally, fans got to see that scene in the drama’s most recent episode, which aired yesterday.
In a recent interview, Yumna Zaidi talked about her viral swimming pool scene of Tere Bin. She said, “I have my reservations while doing any drama, and Wahaj and Siraj bhai (director of the drama) knew it. Hence, they did not force me to do this scene. I was the one who asked them to do this scene because the such scene had never been shot in the history of Pakistani drama. Therefore, I was, therefore, interested in doing this scene for the sake of my audience.”
She detailed that Wahaj was not letting go of her hand because it was a dangerous scene but everything was perfect and technically set.
“It was shot in reality, and my heart was also sinking because such scenes can injure you,” she added.
