Wahaj Ali praises Yumna’s acting. Murtasim Khan appears to always protect his Meerab, both on-screen and off. Following veteran actor Nadia Jamil’s defense of Yumna Zaidi in the aftermath of Nadia Afgan’s statements regarding her, Tere Bin co-star Wahaj Ali chimed in to laud the Parizaad actor.
On Monday, Ali turned to Instagram Stories to highlight Jamil’s admiration for Zaidi. “Nadia Api,” he said, adding a heart emoji to express his gratitude for defending Zaidi. “[Yumna] has an innate talent for acting.” “It’s a pleasure to work with someone who is so talented and committed to their craft,” he stated.
As Wahaj Ali praises Yumna’s acting, he and Yumna have been together on the big screen in Dil Na Umeed Toh Nahi and the extremely popular and contentious drama Tere Bin. People may not appreciate Tere Bin’s plot anymore, but the couple and their chemistry have always performed brilliantly on television.
Afgan recently shared her thoughts on Zaidi in an interview with Chocolate Times. When asked by the host which female actor she thinks is overrated, Afgan named Tere Bin. Jamil, a fellow actress, swiftly defended Zaidi, praising her remarkable skill, hard effort, and dedication to her work.

When asked about Afgan labeling Zaidi overrated in a series of tweets, Jamil responded, “Well, that’s Afgan’s opinion.” She has a legal right to it. Zaidi, in my opinion, is excellent and deserving of high acclaim. She is a hardworking, versatile performer who creates lovely characters that entertain millions of people. She is dedicated to her craft. It’s apparent, and I appreciate it. I also feel that there is no such thing as a great or bad actor. There are only excellent and subpar performances. All actors may provide us with both.”
Jamil also stressed the necessity of understanding that there are no fundamentally good or poor performers; rather, it is the performances that can be classified as great or weak. Zaidi, in her opinion, has given countless fantastic performances, and her dedication to her art is clear, much like that of respected actors like Sania Saeed and Samiya Mumtaz.
