Three policemen ‘gang-rape’ newly married woman in Faisalabad.

In yet another horrifying case of sexual assault against women, three police officers are accused of gang-raping a newlywed in front of her spouse.

According to local news outlets, the most recent rape incidence took place in the Samundri tehsil area, close to the Faisalabad district.

According to reports, Eagle Squad agents stopped a couple on Thursday morning.

Asim, Soheb, and Shujaat Hussain, the three accused constables, gang-raped the woman under threat of violence after tormenting the recentlyweds.

Later, they fled the scene. The victim girl was taken in serious condition to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, where she is now receiving care.

Senior officials, including SP City, ordered the arrest of three employees who also faced suspension from duty as the incident caused shockwaves.

As Three policemen ‘gang-rape’ newly married woman in Faisalabad, however, no charges have been filed against the accused. The victim’s family regrets the delayed progress of the case.

On the other hand, earlier two physics teachers from Ghazi University in Punjab’s Dera Ghazi Khan had been accused of sexually assaulting and blackmailing a young female student.

The visibly distraught girl — reportedly a student of the university’s physics department — named the two teachers and shared they had “kept her in the hostel with them overnight”, in a viral video on social media.

“Now both the teachers are blackmailing my younger sister,” she said, adding that if the concerned professors are not punished, she would self-immolate.
