The problems for Dania Shah, the estranged third wife of late MNA and TV host Amir Liaquat Hussain, have grown as a social organization filed a petition against her in a Karachi local court on Saturday.
The petition requested that Dania Shah be punished for posting obscene videos of her late husband on social media.
During the hearing, the court ordered action against Mr. Hussain’s third wife, a teenager who had filed a Khula (cancellation of Nikah) application against her late husband in a court of law.
The petition was filed by a social organization, and Dania Shah and the FIA Cybercrime Wing were named as respondents in the case.
During his arguments, the petitioner’s lawyer, Advocate Amir Jamil Virk, informed the court that Dania had posted indecent videos of Mr. Hussain on social media. He pleaded with the court to issue an order directing the FIA Cybercrime Wing to take action against the late politician’s third wife, who humiliated Pakistani women all over the world by engaging in this heinous act.
The petition also stated that Mrs. Dania was cruel to release indecent videos of her husband on social media over a minor domestic dispute while pleading with the court to punish her for this heinous act.
