Speaking Truth to Oppressed

Second Test match between Pakistan & Bangladesh starts tomorrow

The Pakistani squad held a practice session on Friday, a day before the second Test match against Bangladesh at Mirpur Cricket Stadium in Dhaka, which begins on December 4 (Saturday).

Pakistan defeated Bangladesh in the first test match. Bangladesh’s hitters may be looking for a means to move the Chattogram pitch to Mirpur, where the second Test will be played. Only Liton Das and Mushfiqur Rahim scored runs in both innings, although Yasir Ali got off to a good start in the second before suffering a concussion. The top order, including skipper Mominul Haque, a Chattogram monster, crashed twice.

Bangladesh is one of the few cricket teams in the world that constantly plays in bowling-friendly conditions at home and overseas. Wherever possible, they are supplied with green-tinged and pacy pitches as they travel.
