Several iPhone users are seen complaining on Twitter that Instagram ‘won’t open’ on their devices and it keeps crashing.
The issue appears to be only affecting Apple users as some have noted that the app is working normally on their Android phones.

“Instagram down” started to trend on the platform as users tried to draw attention to the issue, but the app hasn’t addressed it as of yet.
Going by the majority of the tweets looks like Android users are still able to use the app while it has left iPhone users extremely frustrated.
