Selena Gomez reveals even more about her mental health problems. In the trailer for her Apple TV+ documentary named Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me, the Only Murders in the Building star is seen struggling with a variety of issues, including trying to get her mental health under control.

“After years in the spotlight, Selena Gomez has achieved unimaginable fame,” reads the description for the trailer. “But just as it reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls it into darkness. This unique, raw and intimate documentary crosses her six-year journey in a new light. The trailer was released on the occasion of World Mental Health Day.

In 2021, Gomez launched Wondermind, a mental health platform that connects people with educational resources focuses on ending the stigma around mental illnesses.

In recent years, Gomez has sought to help others, in part through charitable donations tied to her business ventures.

Her HBO Max cooking show named Selena + Chef raises money for nonprofit organizations, while her Rare Beauty brand includes the Rare Impact Fund, which aims to raise $100 million for mental health services during the next 10 years.

She also joined President Joe Biden in May for a conversation with mental health.
