Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia jointly start a TV channel together to boost media cooperation: Fawad

Minister of Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain announced the launch of a cooperative television station between Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia on Monday, according to Radio Pakistan.

He told the press in Islamabad that focal points for media sharing have been identified, and that a cooperative media network will be established.

Extremism must be combated in Pakistan, Malaysia, and other Muslim countries, according to Chaudhry Fawad.

According to him, an OIC platform should contain a unit of experts who may provide religious advice.

The minister claimed that the Rehmat-ul-Alamin Authority’s jurisdiction would be expanded, and that the OIC would form a comparable organisation.

PAK-TURK Drama series

Pakistan and Turkey stated earlier this year that they will collaborate on a historical play based on the life of Salahuddin Ayyubi.

Salahuddin, also known as Saladin, was a great warrior and the founder of the Ayyubid Dynasty. He is one of the most famous Muslim rulers in the world.

Ansari & Shah Films in Pakistan and Emre Konuk, owner of Akli Films in Turkey, will collaborate on the series.

Following the formal announcement, Turkish producer Emre Konuk took to Twitter to praise the deal, describing it as “prolific” on a “wonderful Friday night.”
