Shan’s fiance belongs to Peshawar. The 33-year-old cricketer’s name was among the top trends on Twitter recently. However, it was not because of the wedding news but of his dismal performance in the ongoing Test series.
The news that Shan had finally made up his mind to get married last month swept the internet. Following Shan, pace spearhead Shaheen Shah Afridi will wed Ansha Afridi in February. Ansha is the second-eldest child of former captain and acting Chief Selector Shahid Afridi, setting out wedding bells in the Afridi family.
Aqsa Afridi, his eldest daughter, recently wed Naseer Nasir Khan in a private ceremony held in Karachi.
Haris Rauf, a fiery pacer, wed Muzna Masood Malik in Islamabad last month. Shaheen Afridi, Shahid Afridi, Aqib Javed, and Lahore Qalandars’ management attended the occasion.
