Shah Rukh Khan revealed that his interior designer wife Gauri Khan has told him that he is not ‘allowed’ to ‘disrupt the design’ of his house ‘Mannat.’
During a recent event in Delhi, the King of Bollywood praised the “lady of his house,” describing her as a “wonderful designer.”
According to Shah Rukh, “Most of the items purchased for my home are obviously purchased by the lady of the house, my wife Gauri. You are not permitted to interfere with the design of the house because she is an excellent designer.”
“But one of the few things I’m allowed to do because there’s this understanding that I may be the most knowledgeable about technology in the house, “He continued.
“Plus the aesthetics…are so amazing, that nobody questions that whenever I go and buy television, and put it in any room that I want or any place that I want, and this is God’s honest truth,” the Zero actor continued.
Shah Rukh Khan is set to make a big comeback with his film Pathaan, which stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The Siddharth Anand-directed film will be released in theatres on January 25, 2023.
The actor will also work with director Rajkumar Hirani on his film Dunki, which will also star Taapsee Pannu.
