Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has decided to appear before an anti-terrorism (ATC) court in order to have an extension in his bail. As he has been charged under ATA for speaking against a police and judiciary.
The decision has been made by the chairman of PTI and former Prime Minister Imran Khan himself. However, he has claimed that he will be appearing himself to get the bail from the court. The case was filled due to the derogatory language used by him.
It is pertinent to mention that former Prime Minister had been granted a pre arrest bail from here that the Islamabad High Court till August 25.
The Islamabad High Court has given the order to Imran Khan for appearing before the court before 25th August . Till then the court has given order not to arrest chairman PTI.
